PUBLIC HEARING: Property Tax Credit - Disabled Law Enforcement Officers, Rescue Workers or their Surviving Spouse

The Calvert County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to consider and receive comments on a proposed ordinance allowing Calvert County to issue property tax credits against the principal residences of disabled law enforcement officers and rescue workers or their surviving spouses.

The Board of County Commissioners does not discriminate on the basis of age, sex (including pregnancy) (except where age or sex are essential bona fide occupational requirements), sexual orientation, marital status, ancestry or national origin, religion, race, color, genetic information, actual or perceived disability, or gender-related identity or expression. Proposed amendments may be substantively modified, revised, amended, or otherwise changed based upon comments received at the public hearing.
