Annual Permit Information

The Annual Permits run for one calendar year from time of purchase. The permit affords you the privilege of unlimited pre-paid green fees at the Chesapeake Hill Golf Course. No other benefits or privileges are associated with the Annual Permit.

Notes

  • Household permits include 2 adults living in the same residence. Additional household members may be added at $100 each for juniors (17 years and younger) and $500 each for adults (18 and older).
  • All household members must reside in the same residence.
  • Senior age is 60 and over.
  • Junior age is 17 and under.
  • Junior permit is not valid on weekends before 2:00pm unless accompanied by a paying adult.

Annual Permit By-Laws

  • Walking is permitted anytime except for Weekends and Holidays before 11am, additional fees are required for walking.
  • Failure to adhere to course policies and or abusive language or conduct may result in suspension and/or termination of Club permit with no refund.
  • Permit Cards must be presented upon request for verification or service may be refused.
  • All permit holders must register in the Golf Shop before beginning play.
  • Appropriate golf course attire is required.
  • Only two riders per golf cart.
  • Tee Time Reservations are recommended.
  • Failure to show for a tee time or canceling a tee time less than 48 hours in advance may result in the loss of privileges to reserve tee times.
  • The course must be played in its proper rotation unless approved by the Staff.
  • Repeated "Slow Play" may result in suspension of AM tee time playing privileges.
  • Five-somes are prohibited, unless cleared by the manager.
  • Personal coolers are prohibited on the golf course.
  • All food and beverages must be purchased at the Club.
  • All players must have a bag with golf clubs.

 

Make Checks Payable to the Chesapeake Hills Golf Course and submit with this application. Credit cards are not accepted for the payment of annual permits.
A $25 Returned Check Fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
