Local Geographic Information System (GIS) data will be made available upon request and distributed as follows:

Data Sales based on approved pricing schedule (see Data Products Order Form)

• Private property owners
• Commercial entities

Data Provided at No Cost

• Local, State, and National governmental entities
• Calvert County Public Schools
• Public utilities providing services within Calvert County
• Commercial entities under contract with Calvert County Government. Data is restricted to only that specifically related to the contracted project.
• Communities undertaking projects through the Calvert County Special Tax District program
• Land trusts

All data provided is maintained to the best ability of Calvert County Government.  GIS data is provided “as is” and users assume all risks associated with decisions based on this data.  Maps and data provided are for illustration purposes.

Data will be provided as specified in the Data Products Request Form. By signing this form, the requestor accepts the terms and conditions of the License Agreement. Payment is expected at the time the data is requested.    Checks should be made payable to: Calvert County Treasurer.
