Calvert County Emergency Management Division to Conduct Maintenance Test of Alert and Notification Siren in Solomons Friday, Jan. 6

Calvert County Department of Public Safety, Emergency Management Division, will conduct a test of a single alert and warning siren on Friday, Jan. 6, 2012, at noon.

The siren, located on Dowell Road in Solomons, will be activated for three minutes as a test following maintenance. All citizens are asked to remember the scheduled testing and relay the information to friends, family and neighbors.
