  1. PUBLIC HEARING: Budget Adjustment - Septage Receiving Facility

    January 29, 10:30 AM @ County Commissioners Hearing Room

    The Calvert County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to consider budget adjustment #221 to adjust the FY 2019 Water and Sewerage Enterprise Fund operating budget in order to transfer unused general obligation bonds and budget from the completed Water & Sewer Maintenance Building project to the Solomons Wastewater Treatment Plant – Septage Receiving Facility project.

  2. PUBLIC HEARING: Transit Transfer Station - Title VI Plan

    January 29, 10:30 AM @ County Commissioners Hearing Room

    The Calvert County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to consider and receive comments on the proposed site of the new Transit Transfer Station site, located at parcel 769 on Armory Road in Prince Frederick. Under the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VI prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, and limited English proficiency. As part of implementing regulations, transit agencies are required to assess whether transportation decisions have adverse, disproportionate impacts to minority, limited English proficient (LEP), and low income populations.
