Planning Commission Keeps Record Open for Comments on Draft Calvert County Comprehensive Plan
The Calvert County Planning Commission held its public hearing on the draft Calvert County Comprehensive Plan Feb. 26 and voted to keep the record open to March 20, 2019, when the commission reconvenes at its regularly scheduled meeting.

Written comments may be submitted to Mr. Greg Kernan, Chair, Calvert County Planning Commission, 175 Main St., Prince Frederick, MD, 20678. Comments can also be emailed to or faxed to 410-414-3092. 

Comments received through Sunday, March 10, 2019, will be included with the Planning Commission’s agenda packet for its meeting on March 20, 2019, and posted online with the agenda. Comments received Monday, March 11, 2019, through the close of business, 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, will be provided to the Planning Commission prior to its meeting on March 20, and posted online after the meeting. Written comments will be accepted at the Planning Commission’s meeting up until the Planning Commission closes the record; people delivering comments to the meeting should bring fifteen copies. The meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Harriet E. Brown Community Center, 901 Dares Beach Road, Prince Frederick, Maryland.
