Mission Statement
Personnel is a service-oriented organization responsive to current and prospective employees, management, and the general public. We administer and maintain a comprehensive personnel system to enhance the efficient and effective use of the personnel resources of the County Government. Employee services include position classification, pay and leave, performance evaluation, training, tuition reimbursement, new hire orientation, and employee relations. Management support includes recruitment, examination, and selection and guidance with respect to employee relations and development. Information regarding employment opportunities is provided to the general public and assistance with obtaining County employment.
