State's Attorney's Office

The Circuit Court State's Attorney's Office, located at 175 Main Street, Prince Frederick, MD 20678, (410) 535-1600 or (310) 855-1243, ext. 2369, prosecutes felony cases, Jury Trial Prayers and appeals from the District Court.

The District Court State's Attorney's Office, located at 200 Duke Street, Suite 2300, Prince Frederick, MD 20678, (410)-535-1600 or (301)-855-1243, ext. 2494, tries "misdemeanor" cases, which include second degree assault; thefts; trespass; harassment; and fraud; as well as incarcerable traffic offenses and certain felonies.

The Community Service Division is located in Room 246, 175 Main Street, Prince Frederick, MD 20678. The program accepts non-violent offenders ordered by the courts to complete volunteer community service work.
