2. Inform the Board as to where these two new boxes will be placed.
Held a public hearing regarding proposed pull-tab machine regulations submitted by the Gambling Permit Review Committee for non-profit organizations in Calvert County. The Board voted to keep the record open until close of business on October 1, 2007.
Held a public hearing and approved the request from the Willows Colony to establish a road tax district for the construction of a portion of these roadways.
A briefing presentation was given by the Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) regarding the MD4 – Thomas Johnson Bridge Planning Study Open House to be held on October 2, 2007, at Dowell Elementary School, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. SHA plans to discuss options for locating the second span of the bridge along with new traffic patterns that would result.
