Clerk
The County Commissioners appoint a Clerk to their Board who shall hold office at the pleasure of the Commissioners. The Clerk shall perform the duties required by the County Commissioners. Upon application of any person, the Clerk shall make the public records of the County available for inspection and may charge for copies. The Clerk deposits all fees received from this source in the County general fund.

The Clerk may administer an oath or affirmation to any person appearing before the Commissioners, but may not charge for this service.
