Recognized Pat Nutter, Chief Zoning Inspector, Department of Planning and Zoning as Employee of the Month for November 2003.
Presented Pride and Quality Awards to: Douglas A. Parran, Director, Department of General Services; and Jimmy Langley, Skip Edwards, Tim Scheirer, and Joline Schafer of the Calvert Marine Museum.
Approve budget adjustment #282, legal expenses, Chesapeake Ranch Water Company law suit. Funds will come from the Lusby water and sewer enterprise fund and Commissioners contingency.
Approved submission of a Certified Local Government Grant for FY 2004 and authorized the President of the Board to sign the grant application.
Approved budget adjustment #270, Detention Center (inmate medical care).
