Summary of Actions Taken
Tuesday, August 9, 2005

Recognized the Mathematics, Engineering & Science Achievement (MESA) students.

Approved the use of $6,910.50 from the Fire and Rescue contingency fund for pump transmission repairs to Engine 22 for the Prince Frederick Volunteer Fire Department.

Approved the request for an apparatus grant in the amount of $113,516 for the purchase of an ambulance for the Prince Frederick Volunteer Rescue Squad.

Approved the GIS Data Distribution Policies with only one change. The title of the position will be GIS Project Coordinator.

Attended the groundbreaking of the Bayside Boys & Girls Club.

Held a Public Hearing regarding the re-writing of the Zoning Ordinance.
