APPLICATIONS AND FORMS
On-line Guides, Checklists, Forms, and Fee Guides have been developed by the Division of Inspections and Permits to aid applicants with the Commercial and Residential construction permit process.
How can these forms help with the permitting process?
Permit Process Guides
Permit Process Guides explain the permitting process from start to finish and include information on inspections.
Permit Package Checklists
Permit Package Checklists assist applicants with compiling the correct information and documents to be submitted for approval.
Permit Application Forms
Permit Application Forms are application forms containing the property and construction information filled out by the applicant.
Fee Guides
Fee Guides show permit fee and bonding schedules.
Prior to the construction permit process, it is highly recommended that the applicant refer to the Department of Planning & Zoning Customer Assistance Guides for Calvert County Zoning regulations;
and to contact the Division of Water & Sewerage for public water and/or sewer regulations and fees.

**NOTE TO APPLICANTS**
Separate permits and inspections are required for plumbing and electrical work. Plumbing and Electrical permit applications must be completed and signed by Calvert County licensed Master Plumbers and Calvert County licensed Master Electricians, and submitted to the Inspections and Permits' office after the applicable Building permit is approved.
