Calvert Housing Opportunities Committee (CHOC)

The Affordable Housing Loan Committee, and its successor, the Calvert Housing Opportunities Committee, were established by the Board of County Commissioners to oversee the development of housing policy and to make money available for the promotion of affordable housing initiatives through the Loan Fund.

CHOC meets in the Community Resources Building, 30 Duke Street, Prince Frederick (across from the Post Office).
