ACCESSIBILITY
Provide citizens, the business community and county staff with reliable and convenient access to appropriate information and technology services. Construct and operate a reliable and cost-effective communications, network and computing infrastructure on which to conduct and provide county services to improve the integration and function of County Applications.
RESPONSIVENESS
Deliver timely and effective responses to customer requests. Implement technology solutions which reduce time-to-answer customer questions and requests. Increase the ability to receive inquiries and information via web forms thereby improving each County Department's ability to support our citizens, businesses and visitors.
ANALYSIS & CONSULTATION
Provide consulting assistance and services for improved office automation. Work with county agencies and relevant stakeholders to improve business practices and operations by understanding their needs. Coordinate the best-of-breed technology solutions by effectively planning, budgeting, implementing and managing throughout the life-cycle of these efforts. Provide vision and leadership for evaluating new technologies.
COMMUNICATION
Effectively communicate information about plans, projects and achievements to county staff, customers and the citizens we serve.
STAFFING
Develop and retain a professional staff which remains competent in new technologies.

Review and redesign the automated process for assigning and tracking BOCC correspondence to improve efficiency and provide the BOCC with secure web-based access from home to their documents and correspondence on the County network
