    The Calvert County Circuit Court Office is located at 175 Main Street, Prince Frederick, MD 20678, (410) 535-1600 or (310) 855-1243,  ext. 2369.

The Circuit Court Office prosecutes all Felonies, Jury Trial Prayers and appeals from District Court. At the Circuit Court level a criminal defendant can elect to have either a jury trial or a bench trial. Information about the judges of the Circuit Court can be found here.
