If you have been ordered to perform community service from another jurisdiction or court, please contact the office (410-535-1600, ext. 2355) to set up an appointment for intake.
What do I need to bring and what should I expect during the intake?
The actual intake and interview usually takes about 15 minutes. Please come prepared and bring with you a copy of your court order and any other pertinent information. In addition please have an idea of when you can best complete the work. For example, school schedules, work schedules, family commitments etc. Bring your documents with you and be prepared to commit certain dates and times to your obligation. Please note that this office makes every effort to have each client assigned with clear instructions at the intake interview.
What if I get sick or have an emergency?

Transfers from other Jurisdictions
If you are transferring from another county to Calvert County’s program after you have set up an appointment (410-535-1600, ext. 2355) please bring copies of your court order, probation order, defendant trial summary, referrals, community service agreements. Also any pertinent information that may be required – for example: Name and address of agency to which hours must be reported, State’s Attorney’s Name and Address, Court or Judge’s Name and Address.
Please note that if your transferring jurisdiction has a deadline, this program will do our best to honor it but must have the work completed at least 10 business days prior to the deadline to provide in writing your completion.
