Intramural Youth Basketball
Registration information for Intramural Youth Basketball is included in Parks & Recreation’s Fall/Holiday program brochure. The cost is $75 per player with a $5 discount offered to households with more than one child participating.

Our Intramural Youth Basketball program is for girls and boys in grades 4 – 12 and designed for exercise, fun, and social development. Player skill evaluations are held in early December and team practices begin immediately after that.

The regular season begins the first Saturday in January and ends in early March. Standings will be kept only for seeding the post season tournament.

Parks & Recreation believes that sports play a vital role in a child’s development. To make this a positive experience for players of all ages and skill levels, we have introduced a Sports Code of Conduct for all Coaches, Parents and Players to follow. Complete information can be found in the Sports Code of Conduct section of our website.

Volunteer Coaches are an essential part of any youth sports program. If you want to dedicate your time helping children learn the fundamentals, improve their skills and develop a better understanding of the game, please let us know. Returning coaches are given priority until October 31st. Returning and new coaches are invited to complete the application found here

If you should have any questions about this program, please call (410) 535-1600 ext. 2227 or 2229 or email us at .
