The Calvert County Board of Appeals has scheduled the following cases for an administrative public hearing at the times listed below on Thursday, June 2, 2011 in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, Courthouse, 175 Main Street, Prince Frederick, Maryland.  For additional information, please contact the Board of Appeals at (410)535-2348 or (301)855-1243, ext. 2335.

Case Scheduled for 9:00 A.M.:

Case No. 11-3681:   Roland Joun from Property Management Group, LLC has applied for a Decision on an Alleged Error made by the Zoning Officer when denying a building permit, pursuant to Calvert County Zoning Ordinance Section 2-6.02(E)(1), to reconstruct a portion of a warehouse that was destroyed by a storm.  The property is located at 7650 Binnacle Lane, Owings (Tax Map 11, Parcel 408, Lot 2) and is zoned I-1 Light Industrial District. (Click here to view Application Package.)  DEFERRED BY APPLICANT - WILL NOT BE HEARD JUNE 2, 2011
