Case No. 07-3403(B) (REMAND) (REMAND) DECISION:  In accordance with Circuit Court Order Case No. 11-280, dated November 27, 2011 (Judge Albert W. Northrop specifically assigned) this case is remanded to the Board of Appeals for a determination regarding the area between the buildings on the east and west sides of the subject property as outlined in the Order.  The property is located at 85 Charles Street and 112 Maltby Street and 118 Maltby Street in the Solomons Town Center/B4 subarea.  (NO PUBLIC TESTIMONY WILL BE TAKEN.)
