Cases Scheduled for 9:00 A.M.:

Case No. 12-3711:   James Blevins has applied after-the-fact for a variance in the front setback requirement from 20’ to 19’ for construction of a deck.  The property is located at 3734 3rd Street, North Beach (Tax Map 200, Block 50, Lots 8&9) and is zoned RD Residential District. (Click here to view Application Package) (GRANTED) (Click here to view Order.)

Case No. 12-3712:  David Gilbert, Jr. has applied on behalf of the property owner Walter Gilbert for a variance in the side setback requirement from 30’ to 6’ for construction of a detached garage.  The property is located at 1004 Ball Road, St. Leonard (Tax Map 31, Parcel 343, Lot 49, Home Place) and is zoned RCD Rural Community District. Case No. 07-3403(B)REMAND(REMAND): In accordance with Circuit Court Order Case No. 11-280, dated November 17, 2011(Judge Albert W.
