        St. Leonard (architectural approvals attached are not for action unless listed below).

5.      Major Subdivisions for Final Approval:

         a)    SD 08-10, Broomes Estates, Lots 4-7               Approved
                Located on J. Lloyd Bowen Rd. in St. Leonard. Received preliminary approval 9/16/09.

          b)   SD 10-02, William and Joann McCready, Lots 9 & 10      Approved
                Located between MD Rt. 4 & MD Rt. 765 in St. Leonard. Received preliminary approval 3/17/10.

          c)   SD 08-15, Lillian Adams, Lot 5 and Family Conveyance Lot 6      Approved
                Located on Ferry Landing Road in Dunkirk. Two (2) lots. Received Preliminiary approval 01/21/09.

                 (staff memorandum attached). Applicant deferral from May 19, 2010 Regular meeting.   Denied

               c)   St. Leonard Town Center Master Plan & Zoning Ordinance Update (staff report)
