		Located on Dowell Road in Solomons.

	b)	SD 04-01A, Lillie L. Wood *Approved*
		Located on MD RT 4 in St. Leonard. Received preliminary approval 11/15/06.

	c)	SD 91-23B, Marley Run, Plats 5-9 *Approved*
		Located off of Cox Road in Huntingtown.

	d)	SD 03-20, Oakville, Lots 1-59 *Deferred. Preliminary Plan Extension Request Approved.*
		Located on Old Bayside Road in Chesapeake Beach. Received preliminary approval 10/15/03.

		Located in Prince Frederick on two parcels adjoining Prince Frederick Blvd, Braschers Blvd, and MD Rt. 2/4. The combined parcels contain 1.20 acres, zoned PFTC, Entry District. Existing two-story office building of 3,034 sq. ft. The purpose of this application is to install a driveway connection onto Prince Frederick Boulevard. No building construction is proposed. 	a)	SD 05-18A, Chapel Woods – Request by applicant for extension of the preliminary approval (staff memorandum and applicant letter attached). *Approved*

	b)	Church of Christ Church located at 4670 Solomons Island Road, Huntingtown; Request for a Freestanding Sign (staff memorandum and applicant letter attached). *Conditionally Approved.*

	c)	Church by the Chesapeake located at 3255 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic; Request for a Freestanding Sign (staff memorandum and applicant letter attached). *Approved*

	d)	SD 02-30, Oakdale Farm – Request by applicant for extension of the preliminary approval (staff memorandum and applicant letter attached). *Approved*
