Located on RT 2/4 in Huntingtown.  Four APF exempt lots; received preliminary approval 10/18/06.  ACTION PENDING – Request by owner for removal of existing house to be done by 10/20/07 – plat to be recorded thereafter (attached letter from owner, Huntingtown Volunteer Fire Department letter and staff memo attached).

Located on Robinson Road in Huntingtown.  One lot; received preliminary approval 2/21/07.  ACTION PROPOSED.

Located on Danbridge Lane in Owings.  Received preliminary approval 10/16/02 – end of five-year APF hold.  ACTION PROPOSED.

Located in Huntingtown on the east side of RT 2/4 (north bound lane), on a 1 acre lot ad-joining the Chesapeake Church property, zoned Rural Community District (RCD).  Proposed: conversion of an existing 4,150 gross square foot house (1 story w/basement) to a church counseling center and an existing 1,060 gross square foot out building to a food pantry.  Proposed installation of an interconnecting drive from the existing Church main entrance, through the rear of the subject property to an upgraded entrance at RT 2/4. Agent:  COA.
