APD # 87-5 - Sylvia Wood property – Tax Map 26, parcel 33 – Lot approval for residue and proposed uses of APD -
1. Request to approve replatting of a lot external to the APD . Deferred to May.
2. Request for approval of an Agricultural Processing Plant to create compost from prospective purchaser. County Attorney says request must be denied.

APD # 84-01-B – Helen Hance property – Tax Map 31, parcel 21 - Request submitted to approve the creation of a 26.9 acre Lot 2 around the existing house and a 29.3 acre buildable residue so that the APD may be divided between owners.
FYI – APAB approval was contingent on signed approval being received ; to date, staff has not yet received it.
