	a.	APD # 07-01 and APD # 07-02 John Herbert/John Crane Properties - A portion of the District will be a public road. Mr. Crane requests the Board reconsider the Board’s requirement of a TDR being given to the County for retirement for land being turned into a public road. Deferred.
	b.	APD # 98-16 John & Charlene Cumberland Property - Application to add acreage.Tax Map 42, Parcel 27 - 13.25 acres. Materials to be distributed at meeting if not withdrawn. Deferred.
	c.	Vacancy on APAB - Henry Trentman's term will expire November 30, 2009. Vote needed on applications.
	d.	Vacancy on APAC - Pamela Blyth's term will expire on November 30, 2009. Vote needed on applications.
7.	New Business.
	a.	APD # 08-27, 08-28, 08-29, 08-30, 08-31 and 09-15 - Tax Map 11, part of Parcel 5, / Zellis Districts Revised Boundaries.
	b.	Calvert Farmland Trust – APD 09-06 & 09-07 Wohlegemuth/Meagher Districts - Update on Preservation Plan for Morgan Hill Farm & how CFT is accomplishing it. Presented by Hagner Mister.
	c.	APD 84-05/MALPF 04-01-84-06 Retro-active approval of an Agricultural Subdivision. APAB recommendation needed for submittal to MALPF Board.
	d.	APD # 08-09 - Jean Hicks et al - Tax Map 14, Parcel 289 - 75.0035 Acres - Chew Creek Lot Revision.
