SD 06-06, Harmony Hills, Plats 1-3, Lots 25-27 and Buildable Residue

Located on Hunting Creek Road and Lowery Road in Huntingtown.  3 lots and Buildable Residue; preliminary approval granted 9/24/08. These are the three of three APFO lot exemptions allowed. Agent: Advanced Surveys, Inc.

b)

SD 07-09, Burkman Estates, Plat One, Lot 8 & Family Conveyance Lot 9

Located on Parkers Creek Road in Port Republic.  2 lots; preliminary approval granted 9/16/09. These are the fourth and fifth of the five APFO lot exemptions allowed. Agent: Chesapeake Hydrographic and Land Surveying LLC.
