WATER RESOURCES ELEMENT OF THE
CALVERT COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

The Calvert County Comprehensive Plan was amended to incorporate requirements of HB 1141, a 2006 State law which required counties to analyze the impact of existing and future sewage treatment plants, septic systems, stormwater management devices and land uses on their respective watersheds.
