The Treatment/Rehabilitation Resource Committee is to allocate the Bernard M. Johnson Charitable Remainder Trust  to those seeking to enter a non-court ordered 28-day treatment program.

Objectives:

The following objectives are aimed at establishing appropriate guidelines to administer and distribute funds to those in need of a non-court ordered 28-day treatment program.

1. Set up a Review Committee.
2. Develop a Request for Funds Application.
3. Establish a review policy.
4. Work with outside organizations/churches to reach those in need of non-court ordered 28-day treatment.
5. Provide funds to those seeking to enter a non-court ordered 28-day treatment program.
