EDWARD T. HALL INDOOR AQUATIC CENTER
GENERAL RENTAL POLICIES

Reservations can be made at least 7 days prior to the event and no more than 90 days in advance.

Application are handled on a first come, first paid basis Sunday-Saturday during facility hours.

Due to the high volume of applications, walk-in applications are handled first and fax/emailed applications will be handled during office hours, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Applicant must provide a check in roster at least 5 days prior to event.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be charged a $5 Service Fee. Written notice of the cancellation must be received at least 14 days before the event to receive the full remainder of the rental fee. A notification received less than 14 days before the event shall result in the forfeiture of (1/2) one-half the total rental fees. A full refund will be issued in the event of a facility failure.

Reschedule/ Transfer Policy
Only one rescheduling and/or transfer of a rental is permitted. Any request to do so made less than 14 days of the original date shall be charged an additional $5 transfer fee. A rental that cannot be rescheduled must be cancelled according to the Cancellation Policy

PARTY ROOM

The Party Room is located on the pool level and is available for rent Birthday Parties for $120 per 1.5 hours which includes facility admission for up to 20 people. Only a maximum of 20 people including adults and/or chaperones are permitted in the room at any given time. Additional patrons (anyone going downstairs onto deck or into party room) must be paid for by the end of the party at the front desk. Party reservation time includes set up and clean up times.

CONFERENCE ROOM

The conference room is located on the main floor of the aquatic center and is available to rent for $35 per hour. Admission into the swimming areas/pools is not included.
