You may be eligible to participate in the tuition and reimbursement program.

2 years of service prior to application
12 points each month

	8	points for calls
	3	points for collateral
	1	points for meeting or drill
	4	points for collateral if no meetings or drills that month

144 points for each year

Responses	96	points are required for responses – 8 per month and 1 point per call
Meetings	6	points are the minimum from department membership – 1 point per call
Drills	6	drills are the minimum – 1 point per drill
Collateral	36	points for collateral duties as determined by your Department – 1 point per hour hour divided evenly at 3 hours per month for 12 months

What is reimbursed?

Coursework taken in 2011/2012 books, tuition and fees from an accredited institution

Reimbursement program is based on the availability of funds. Returning students should attach a copy of their transcript to the application for full consideration. All students must attach documentation proving participation requirements.

Fall 2011 Schedule

June 30,2011	Application Submission Deadline. Must be completed, signed and returned to Recruitment & Retention Specialist by this date.

July 12, 2011	Recruitment & Retention Committee meets to review /approve scholarship.

July 13, 2011	Students notified of the status of their application. Notification letters sent to institutions.

Spring 2012 Schedule

November 30, 2011	Application Submission Deadline. Must be completed, signed and returned to Recruitment & Retention Specialist by this date.

December 13, 2011	Recruitment & Retention Committee meets to review /approve scholarship.

December 15, 2011	Students notified of the status of their application. Notification letters sent to institutions.
