Adopted Water & Sewer Rates

On December 13, 2005, the Board of County Commissioners voted to adopt Water & Sewer Rate Adjustment Approach #2, the Base + Variable Rate, Option A with a seven year phase-in.  Click on the hyperlink below to go to the Water & Sewer Rate Information page that corresponds to your system, from where you can go to your system's rate calculator page.

Water & Sewer Rate Adjustment Historical Information

The new Water & Sewer Rates were adopted subsequent to the completion of eight public meetings, multiple work sessions with the Board of County Commissioners and five public hearings covering the water and sewer rate adjustments options.  For reference, five different rate methodologies had been proposed, of which four were taken to public hearing.  Click below on the hyperlink to go to the corresponding Water & Sewer Rate Historical Information.
